Brixworth Parish Council is bringing the the old tennis court area at St David’s Playing Fields back into use. This MUGA project is funded from a developers financial contribution (s106) which is ringfenced for outdoor sport. A MUGA is a multi use games area comprising of a a sports area intended for tennis, netball, basketball and football. The surface will be tarmacadam and floodlighting will be provided.
The Parish Council now has a proposal to consider and the design of the MUGA can be viewed below:

What happens next?
Once this consultation has closed, all of the feedback will be carefully considered and discussed with the supplier. Should the MUGA proposal be accepted by the Parish Council on Thursday 18th March then planning permission will be sought. (if required)
Whilst every attempt will be made to construct the final design to plan, certain elements may have to be altered during the implementation stage due to unforeseen technical or logistical issues.
